Terms and Conditions

Effective 10 October 2026

These terms apply to SEO services provided by Premium SEO NZ Ltd. If anything in them is unclear, please ask before you go ahead.

About these terms

These terms form the agreement between Premium SEO NZ Ltd ("we", "us") and you, the client, for any SEO services we provide. You accept them when you confirm in writing that you want to go ahead, or when you pay your first invoice.

What is included

The services we provide are the ones described in your proposal or quote. Any work outside that scope will be quoted separately before it starts.

What is not included

Unless your proposal specifically includes them, our services do not cover website design or development, website hosting, domains or email, website maintenance, backups or software and plugin updates, cybersecurity, malware removal or security monitoring, social media management, or legal and compliance advice about your website content.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment timing and payment method are as set out in your proposal or invoice. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.

Term and cancellation

There is no fixed term. Either of us can end the agreement by giving 30 days written notice, and fees for work up to the end of the notice period remain payable.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the access, information and approvals we need to carry out the work, and to provide them in a reasonable time. Delays on your side may delay the work and its results.

Access to your accounts and data

To carry out the work, we will usually need administrator-level access to accounts such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your website. You keep ownership of your accounts and can remove our access at any time. We use your data only to deliver our services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to your website

You are responsible for any changes made to your website by you, your staff or third parties such as your web developer or hosting provider. We are not responsible for the effect those changes have on your rankings, traffic or tracking.

No guaranteed results

Search rankings depend on search engines, competitors and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, enquiries or revenue.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, including changes to search algorithms.

Intellectual property

Once the relevant invoice is paid, you own the content we create for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, software, templates and methods.

Confidentiality

We each agree to keep the other's business information confidential and to use it only for the purposes of this agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
